Learn about all types of different art through hands-on programs with the museum's Artist-In-Residence. Check the schedule for these drop-in workshops that are included with admission on the calendar.

Summer 2010 Drop-In workshops include: 

Art Explosion – (Tuesday-Saturday 2-4 p.m.): From messy art to science-based art, you never know what exciting projects will be happening in the museum’s Creative Arts Center! It could be slime, shaving cream, glue, ice cubes, glitter or something else fun. Whatever it is, it will be messy good times for all. When you’re done, leave the mess to us!

Paint! (Tuesday-Saturday 10 a.m.-Noon): Painting is one of the most-requested activities at the museum. We’re painting every day this summer and experimenting with different brushes, types of paint and techniques. Paint, let your masterpiece dry and take it home to display!
