Omaha Children’s Museum’s summer camps feature engaging curriculum and great instructors who make every day exciting and new. Camps are intended for children ages 4 to 5, and include daily play in the museum, and a snack.
Everyone’s favorite Australian Cattle Dog, Bluey, serves as a guide to discover social and emotional learning. Campers will develop skills in self-awareness, problem solving, and emotional resilience. Each day we will learn a new lesson from Bluey and complete activities based upon those episodes. Bluey will be watched at the start of each lesson in preparation for the activities to come.

Go back to the Mechazoic land of reptools and dinotrux as we combine tinkering, things that go and dinosaurs! Campers will embark on S.T.E.A.M. based adventures based on the popular Netflix series. Episodes of Dinotrux will be watched at the start of the lesson to prepare students for the activities to come. Campers will also get to explore the new summer exhibit, Jurassic Nebraska, opening on May 27, 2023.

Meet us in the kitchen for a fun week of camp! Through food, kids will learn S.T.E.A.M.(Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) concepts and culinary history while preparing recipes each day. Please indicate known food allergies on the medical form.

Fans of Peppa Pig are going to love this new summer camp. Just like Peppa learns gentle lessons about the world around her, campers will too. We’ll work on social skills like being a good friend while exploring the museum and imagining the adventures Peppa and her friends have.
